ListingYield ("the extension") is operated by Novixway LLC.
What the extension reads
The extension reads property information (price, rent estimate, property tax, HOA fee, insurance estimate, address, beds, baths, size, year built) only from the zillow.com, redfin.com or realtor.com listing page you are viewing, and only to calculate investment metrics. It does not visit or request any other pages on those sites.
What is stored, and where
Settings, profiles and saved deals are stored in your browser's extension storage. Settings use browser sync storage, which your browser may sync between your own devices if you have browser sync turned on. Saved deals use local storage on the current device. None of this is sent to us or to any third party.
Payments
If you buy ListingYield Pro, payment is handled by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) and Stripe. They receive your email address and payment details under their own privacy policies. The extension stores an ExtensionPay account key and your paid status in browser storage so Pro features keep working offline.
What we do not do
We do not use analytics or tracking. We do not sell or share data.
Deleting your data
Remove the extension to delete all data it stored. Saved deals can also be deleted individually on the Saved deals page.
Changes
We will notify users in the extension before any change to how data is handled.
